Description: Examines approaches and evaluates what is at stake in engaging and producing Black political thought. Focuses on to the Black experience in the context of the United States but also covers African and Caribbean thinkers. Topics include freedom, democracy, liberation, futurity, community, radical imagining, and state-sanctioned violence.
