Description: An in-depth study of soundscapes, deep listening, mediated listening, and improvisation. Applies concepts from a variety of situated listening practices. Requires active music making and participation in embodied listening activities. Ability to read musical notation not required.
Credit: May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor.
