Prerequisites: upper-division standing or consent of instructor
Description: Participation in a performance ensemble comprised mainly of strings, with occasional winds and horns as needed. Includes string techniques instruction. Normally graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC), but students may petition the instructor for a letter grade on the basis of assigned extra work or examination. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 4 units.
