Description: Introduction to stability analysis of continuous dynamical systems with applications in physics, biology, and engineering. Topics include phase plane analysis; stability of equilibria; asymptotic stability and Lyapunov stability; linear stability analysis of infinite-dimensional dynamical systems; limit cycles; and global attractors and their fractal dimension.
