Prerequisites: CS 120B or EE 120B; graduate standing
Description: Covers fundamentals and principles of real-time embedded systems. Topics include uniprocessor and multiprocessor real-time scheduling, real-time operating systems, synchronization, resource reservation, memory management, and power management. Introduces mathematical techniques for real-time system analysis. Offers hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and evaluating real-time systems on embedded platforms.
