Description: Introduction to pedagogies that interrogate inequities and promote social transformation. Surveys traditional approaches to critical pedagogy, anticolonial education, and ethnic studies. Topics include examination of theoretical approaches and practices within educational institutions and how they prevent and advance equity and justice.
