Description: Covers the causes of established inefficiencies in firms and public sector organizations in developing countries as well as emerging solutions to address sub-optimal outcomes. Addresses microcredit, savings, capital, employment, management, personnel economics, technology adoption, markets and firm cooperation, compliance with regulation, and corruption.

Credit: May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor.
