Prerequisites: graduate standing or consent of instructor

Description: Presents an integrated view of the fundamental role of endothelial cells in regulating vascular tone, inflammation, and repair in both health and disease. Encompasses the principles related to developmental biology, molecular and cellular biology, biomechanics, bioengineering, and translational medicine. Students who present a seminar receive a letter grade; other students receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 30 units.
