Description: Explores role of thermodynamics, charge transfer kinetics, and mass transfer on behavior of electrochemical systems. Includes cell thermodynamics, Faradaic and non-Faradaic rate processes, ionic transport, nucleation and growth theories. Covers applications to chemical sensors, batteries, corrosion,and thin film deposition.
