Description: Teaches how to become a reflective and effective research mentor. Includes designing and implementing an effective strategy to mentoring. Addresses learning how to critically evaluate student learning and the effectiveness of mentoring initiatives. Creates a mentoring community where challenges and solutions can be shared among students with diverse backgrounds.
