Description: An examination of the organization, function, and behavior of eukaryotic cells. Topics include membrane systems, protein targeting, the cytoskeleton, motility, and cell division. Emphasis is on the experiments that form the basis of the current understanding of the cell. The discussion section focuses on reading and analyzing original journal articles.
