Description: Overview and analysis of gender and sexuality in religion from colonial period (including Spanish, French, Russian, and British colonies in what is now the United States) to present day. Combines critical and comparative religious studies approaches with historical methods and the analytical perspectives of intersectional gender, sexuality, and queer studies.
