Description: A study of the intersection of individual and group behavior within organizations. Introduces the behavioral science literature relevant to the study of behavior in organizational. Topics include emotions in organizations, motivation, leadership, decision making, interpersonal relations, diversity and identity, culture, and organizational learning and routines.
