Description: Analyzes the roles of religion in revolution, resistance, protest, and social justice movements, including religion as motivation for revolution, religion as target of revolution, and revolution within religions. Religious studies, feminist, critical race, queer, and post/anti- colonial theoretical perspectives undergrid the analysis.
