Description: Explores health, wellness, and lifestyle issues in contemporary life. Examines personal and societal attitudes along with methods for improving quality of life through behavior modification. Topics include the mind-body connection, physical health and functioning, stress management and emotional well-being, relationships and communication skills, sexuality, spirituality, and career choices.
