Description: Focuses on advanced theory, technology, and applications of biomedical optical imaging. Addresses novel sources of optical contrast, current developments in optical imaging instrumentation, and recent advances in their application to bioengineering. Students who submit a term paper receive a letter grade; other students receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade. Course is repeatable.
