Description: Laboratory identification of insects of forensic importance including insects used in medico-legal investigations and as evidence in courts of law; collection and handling of insects of forensic importance from investigation sites; experiments designed to illustrate procedures for sampling, rearing, and estimating insect development time based upon environmental conditions and collection site characteristics.
