Description: Introduces basic principles of atmospheric dynamics on both short and long-term time scales with a focus on current examples and in-class demonstrations. Basic concepts related to atmospheric dynamics such as wind, the radiation budget, precipitation, and natural disasters will be covered, along with core principles of long-term changes.
