Description: Presents device simulations and hands-on experience in integrated-circuit fabrication techniques and device characterization. Using four-mask metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) technology, students fabricate resistors, junctions, capacitors, and MOS transistors and perform electrical evaluation.
