Description: Media & cultural Studies vision standing or consent of instructor. Analyzes the juncture between representation and presentation in everyday dance genres on film. Explores race, class, tropes of authenticity, and ownership of cultural pro- duction through screenings, lectures, and theoretical writings. No previous dance experience required.
