Description: Introduces central Earth Sciences concepts of solid earth geophysics as applied at the global or planetary scale. Includes plate tectonics and dynamics of the lithosphere; seismology and earth structure; geothermal behavior and heat flow; and geodynamics and planetary geophysics.
