Description: Explores the inter- relationships between race, class, ethnicity, and the operation of social processes. Accordingly, readings for this course center on the comparative well-being of African Americans, Hispanics (especially Chicanos), Native Americans, and Asian Americans. Fulfills the Humanities requirement for the College of Humani- ties, Arts, and Social Sciences.
