Description: This course provides an overview of the Native American experience in the United States from antiquity to the present. The Native American experi- ence is compared and contrasted with the experienc- es of the dominant society and those of other racial and ethnic groups. Fulfills either the Humanities or Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, but not both.
