Prerequisites: graduate standing or consent of instructor

Description: Enlists questions that lie in between liter- ary and visual culture texts and the broader, unwritten discourses surrounding Indigenous representations in film and visual culture. Explores questions of how Indigenous literature and visual culture engage with issues of settler colonialism, gender, race, sexuality, class, and nation. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 16 units.
