Prerequisites: EE 132

Description: Covers basic robot components from encoders to micropro- cessors. Kinematic and dynamic analysis of manip- ulators. Adrdresses open- and closed-loop control strategies, task planning, contact and noncontact Electrical and Computer Engineering sensors, robotic image understanding, and robotic programming languages. Experiments and projects include robot arm programming, robot vision, and mobile robots.
