Prerequisites: graduate standing

Description: Focuses on influential contemporary American poets. Discusses their styles and the evolution of poetry over the last fifty years. May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor. Course is repeatable as content changes to a maxi- mum of 8 units.
