Description: Inquiry into a variety of debates about ethics: religious and philosophical, theoretical and applied. Topics may include policy debates about bioethics, moral inquiries into virtue, ethics and minority discourse, violence and nonviolence as means of social change, or fundamental moral problems generated by suffering.
Credit: May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor.
