Description: Studies the process by which policy decisions are made. Focuses on the analytical tools (benefit-cost, cost effectiveness, decision tree, and optimization analysis) that are used to choose among competing proposals as well as the analytical motivations for choice.
Credit: May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor.
