Description: An introduction to the aesthetic hallmarks, political impulses, and theoretical responses that distinguish queer cinema as a unique, important tradition within film history. Provides a historical overview of global, independent, Hollywood, and alternative queer production from the 1900s to the present. Cross-listed with LGBS 112 and MCS 112.
