Description: Analysis of the relationship of the Chicano to the U.S. legal and judicial system. Topics include traditional sociological and criminological theories; history of the Chicano and the law; the Pachuco image and the Chicano; and police and correctional institutions. Fulfills the Humanities and the Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
