Prerequisites: graduate standing or consent of instructor

Description: Intensive analysis of figures, genres, movements, and issues in twentieth-century British literature and culture. May include topics such as Bloomsbury and the Politics of art; Joyce and Empire; Modernism, Modernity, and Gay Identities; British Postmodernism; Virginia Woolf and Feminist Theory. Course is repeatable as content changes.
