Prerequisites: graduate standing; CS 153 or previous operating systems course
Description: Introduces the fundamental topics in distributed computer systems. Topics include distributed file systems, replicated data, load management, and distributed shared memory. May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 8 units.
