Description: In-depth coverage of bacterial and archaeal bioenergetics, cell structure, diversity of metabolism, regulation of metabolism, growth, and biosynthesis, and cell-cell interactions between prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Project involves analysis of metabolic pathways from complete, annotated, prokaryotic genome sequences.
