Description: Introduces basic biochemistry wet laboratory techniques for biological samples. Includes micropipetting, volumetric relationships, dilutions, pH measurement, buffer preparation, spectrophotometry, gel permeation chromatography, and ion-exchange chromatography. Explores the use of molecular graphics for investigation of macromolecular structure-function relationships.
