Prerequisites: EE 001A, EE 01LA, ME 118 (ME 118 may be taken concurrently)
Description: Covers the principles and practice of measurement and control, and the design and implementation of experiments. Topics include dimensional analysis, error analysis, signal-to- noise problems, filtering, data acquisition and data reduction, and statistical analysis. Includes experiments on the use of electronic devices and sensors, and practice in technical report writing.
