Prerequisites: upper-division standing or consent of instructor

Description: Intensive analysis of the work of a significant figure in film, television, or other media who functions as an “auteur” (e.g. an influential director, star, or producer). Course is repeatable as topics change to a maximum of 8 units. Fulfills the Humanities requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
