Description: An introduction to architecture, urbanism, and related material culture of the Andes from ancient times to the present. Focuses on the diverse and rich architectural heritage of an important building center in the Americas. Addresses architecture’s relationship to artistic and material production, such as painting, pottery, sculpture, city planning, and textiles.
