Description: Introduces the study of language and the brain, including speech production and comprehension, neurolinguistics, and aphasiology. Explores language acquisition problems, links between language knowledge and language use, speech disorders, and aphasia types. Presents neurolinguistic case studies with evidence from split-brain patients and fMRI data.
