Description: Introduction to acting in theatre, film, television, and performance art. Through exercises, lectures, videos, and on-site visits, explores the work of actors and their collaborations with other artists in historical and contemporary settings. Recommended for nonmajors. Normally graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC), but students may petition the instructor for a letter grade on the basis of assigned extra work or examination.
