Description: Study of the entrepreneurial process, its challenges, and the driving forces behind it—the managerial skills, mental attitudes, and basic knowledge necessary for creating and growing a new venture. Topics include opportunity assessment; building the management team; marshalling capital and other critical resources; and harvest strategies.
