Description: BUS 155 or PSYC 142 is recommended. Covers management issues triggered by the increasing participation of women and minorities in the work force. Topics include work role stereotyping, workplace representation and segregation, culturally based leadership and communication styles, work-family conflicts, and related legislative initiatives.
