Choice of texts, tradi- tions, and key unifying themes vary each year but typ- ically focus on fundamental religious issues such as worldliness or otherworldliness, belief or unbelief, observance or nonobservance, commitment and disaf- filiation, attachment or non-attachment, and conver- sion or rejection.
