Description: Explores the funda- mental concepts and techniques of nanoscale physics, including nanoscale fabrication and charac- terization techniques, electronic properties in reduced dimensions, properties of carbon nanotubes, nano- electromechanical systems, superconductivity in reduced dimensions, and nanophotonics.
