Description: Presents state-of-the-art software and hardware design techniques for embedded computing systems. Topics include specification models, languages, simu- lation, partitioning algorithms, estimation methods, model refinement, and design methodology. May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) by students advanced to candidacy for the Ph.D.
