Description: Intensive research in medieval literature. May focus on major authors, including Chaucer, Langland, or the Gawain - poet; genres, including romance, prose, or the drama; thematic topics, including gender, literacy, or subjec- tivity; or methodology, including textual study, histori- cism, or literary theory. Course is repeatable as con- tent changes.
