Prerequisites: CHE 175A; senior standing in Chemical Engineering
Description: Introduction to chemical process plant design procedures through economic analysis and actual design of chemical processes. Topics address practical applications to current chem- ical and biochemical processes and economic con- straints. Students complete a detailed analysis and process design of the projects begun in CHE 175A. A final report and oral presentation are required.
