Description: Emphasizes kinetics and mechanisms of heterogeneous reactions in different types of reactors. Specific topics include gas-solid noncatalytic reac- tions; catalytic surfaces and catalyst characterization; and adsorption, diffusion, reaction, and heat transfer in porous catalysts.
