Description: Focuses on the applications of optical trapping methods to characterize the mechanical and electromechanical properties of biological cells and membranes, as well as to quantify molecular interac- tions. Also covers the use of optical probes for cellu- lar and tissue imaging, as well as optical therapy. Graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC). Course is repeatable as content changes. Anvari
