Covers x-ray crystallography, NMR, and cryoelectron microscopy. Addresses imaging and mass spectometry for determining structure and ultra- violet, visible, infrared, RAMAN, fluorescence, NMR, EPR, and other forms of spectroscopy for relating macromolecular structure to function.
