Description: Introduces basic biochemistry wet laboratory techniques for biological samples, including micropipetting, volumetric relation- ships, dilutions, pH measurement, buffer preparation, spectrophotometry, gel permeation chromatography, and ion-exchange chromatography as well as use of molecular graphics for investigation of macromolecu- lar structure-function relationships.
